It’s a really cool event to attend because you’ll get to get everything that you need to get done to apply and register for our upcoming fall semester before all the classes are filled.     Are you someone who hates math? Does it make you sweat or make you just want to cry? Well, we have just the solution for you. Taking place on several campuses on Tuesday, Oct. 16, from 12:30 to 1:45 p.m. at the Seminole Campus in Room UP-175 and at the St. Petersburg/Gibbs Campus in the SS Lobby will be our Math Fusion event.     Elementary Education Science Literacy Expo: 2018 SPC Career & Academic Community Events

    Hey! It’s your girl, Marilyn Shaw. Join us for our Elementary Education Science Literacy Expo at St. Petersburg College on Nov. 26 from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. at our Clearwater Campus in the ES building, Room 127. Discover literacy in action through a student-led science reading fair, explore pathways to careers in education, including high-need areas in math and science.     My name is Desiree and I am working towards my Bachelor’s degree in Health Services Administration at St. Petersburg College. I’ve taken most of my classes online. I’m getting a new perspective on where I work and I can continue to do that while I’m in class. In healthcare they’re using so much more technical resources that now I feel much more confident when I have to go and apply that and use a program that maybe I’ve never used before.

    But the most important thing is that the women who need the help can get the help. And when I met the WOW women like Shirley and Rosemary and the rest of them I felt a place for myself. This program, at this time, it epitomizes who Maria was. To show that, you know, it doesn’t matter what the obstacles or what anyone puts before you. It’s up to you what you want to do. Our Building Construction Architecture program gives you practical skills and management training to prepare you for a variety of careers. On Monday, October 1st, at 5pm the Clearwater Campus will be hosting a building arts Open House. Join us for an evening of networking with local professionals, faculty, and students. Come learn about the skills you need to succeed in the Construction and Architecture industry. Remember, this event is Monday, October 1st from 5 to 7pm at the Clearwater campus.
